Anna Dowsland ( a.k.a. Anitos.) is a freelance illustrator and cartoonist based outside London. She graduated with distinction in 2012, having studying Art and specialising in Illustration.
With a keen interest in comics, she has been marketing assistant for Markosia Publishing since September 2012 and prior to that worked as an intern for IDOL magazine, creating illustrations and layouts for the print edition.
Anna’s work can be seen in children’s books, CD covers, animations and online comics, and she is a regular at Comic events around the capital. She also exhibits at pop-up nights in the south east of England mixing local talent in music and the visual arts.
Her blog is updated monthly illustrating her love for film, or her adventures travelling on the London Underground.
